1 MAU means Monthly Active Users. Staff, athletes, and guardians count toward plan capacity while their profiles are active, pending verification, or suspended. Inactive profiles do not count.

What counts as a Monthly Active User (MAU)?
Each staff member, athlete, or guardian with an active, pending-verification, or suspended profile counts as one MAU for plan capacity. Inactive profiles do not count.
How does monthly and yearly billing work?
Choose monthly billing for flexibility or yearly billing for the best available rate. Yearly plans show their equivalent monthly price and are charged for the full year at checkout.
What is included in the free plan?
The free plan costs $0 and includes the features and MAU capacity shown on its card. Upgrade when your organization needs more capacity or advanced capabilities.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Eligible plan changes can be managed from your organization’s subscription settings. Before moving to a lower-capacity plan, your current MAU usage must fit within the new limit.
How are payments processed?
Paid subscriptions are processed through the secure payment provider shown during checkout. Nabbol Athletics does not store your full payment-card details.
