What counts toward my user-seat limit?
Every client user reserves one Active User Seat (AUS) unless their status is inactive. Active, pending-verification, and suspended users each reserve one seat.
Are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly?
The billing frequency displayed on each plan is the frequency currently configured for that subscription.
Is there a free plan?
If a free subscription is currently available, it appears alongside the active paid plans.
Can I change plans later?
Plan-change options will be expanded after MVP. Contact support when a published plan no longer fits your organization’s capacity.
How are payments processed?
Paid subscriptions use the secure payment provider shown during checkout.
