How do families respond to upcoming events?
Families can answer Yes, No, or Maybe for a linked athlete and add optional arrival, departure, or context notes. Coaches see those responses alongside the event roster.
How is attendance recorded?
Authorized coaches and staff can update attendance in bulk or by athlete, select a status, and add notes. The event keeps the roster, availability, and attendance context together.
